I am incredibly excited to announce that I was named the Upper Division Treble Musical Theatre 1st Place Competitor at this year's TBNATS Student Adjudications held at the Bower School of Music & the Arts at Florida Gulf Coast University. Thank you so much to my voice teacher Dr. Hein Jung for your incredible instruction, Florida Gulf Coast University for hosting us, to the panel for awarding me this honor, and all of my UT Music family members for being so supportive in everything that I do. Your performances (which I was able to witness throughout the day) truly inspired me and I am so proud of every single one of you!
During the adjudication session, I performed three of my four prepared pieces (Ich Gehör Nur Mir from Elisabeth das Musical, The Alto's Lament by Goldrich and Heisler, and Safer from First Date).
